We’re sure you have a few questions about our great school, so we’ll do our best to answer them here. Of course, if you don’t find what you need on this page, you are certainly welcome to call or drop in for a visit.
What are your school hours?
Our school hours are as follows for students:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:50 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
- Friday (Early Release): 7:50 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Staff is on-site Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the exception of all-day staff PD (Professional Development) days. Please visit our calendar page for those dates.
What is the daily class schedule?
Monday–Thursday
- 7:50 a.m. - School begins
- 8:00–8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
- 8:35–9:55 a.m. - 1st Period (Homeroom)
- 10:00–11:15 a.m. - 2nd Period
- 11:20 a.m.–12:35 p.m. - 3rd Period
- 12:40–1:10 p.m. - Lunch
- 1:15–2:00 p.m. - 4th Period
- 2:05–2:50 p.m. - 5th Period
- 2:50 p.m. Dismissal
Friday (Early Release)
- 7:50 a.m. - School begins

Can students play sports?
Indian Oasis Middle and High School does not have its own sports teams, but Baboquivari Middle and High School welcomes Indian Oasis Middle and High School students to participate on its sports teams as long as they are academically eligible. Transportation is provided but subject to change. Please visit the Baboquivari Middle and High School website for a list of sports offered.
